Returns And Refund Policy


Our company is dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If this is the case, we are happy to provide returns and refunds for eligible items in accordance with the following policy:

Time frame for returns

Items may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Condition of returned items

Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Any item that has been used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return or refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

Business Account Membership Fee

The membership fee for the business account is non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping errors

If we make an error with your order and ship the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the incorrect item.

Sale & Wholesale

Items that are labeled as “Sale”, “Wholesale” or similar, will not be eligible for return or refund.

Special cases

Items such as custom-made items, graphic design items or items ordered specifically for the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Incorrect or undeliverable address

If a package is returned to us because the address provided by the customer is incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact the customer to obtain a correct address. We will ship the package again at the customer’s expense. If the customer chooses not to ship the package again, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Refused packages

If a package is refused by the customer at delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be charged, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
